Men's 6 Team
	04 November 2011	Ebbisham (Away) A tight game at Ebbisham for Mens 6s. New pairs Russell and Arif, and Daron and Nick, managed only a game apiece. Daron and Nick in particular missed a chance to put the match out of reach in their last game at one set all, and 20-20 in their third end, but let it slip away. Fortunately Dan'n'Ed overcame a nervy start against Ebbisham's first pair, to win all three of their matches, giving us a 5-4 win overall.
Ladies Team
	06 November 2011	Limpsfield (Home) First match of the season and a tough one at that. Limpsfield proved too strong for us both times we met last season so we were keen to make amends this year.  Nerves were tested when Liz and Fran went 12-1 down in their first end.  However, determination (and perhaps just a little luck!) prevailed and they went on to win their first game.  Limpsfield were not to be beaten without a fight though and they made it very difficult for us to scrape a 5-4 win overall.  Well done to everyone who played.  Here’s hoping the success continues!
Men's 4 Team
	08 January 2012	Fusion (Home) The four's continued their excellent start to the season, maintaining their 100% record with a 6-0 win against the Fusion team in our first home game of the season. It was an excellent start for new boy Simon playing alongside Russ, Jung and Neil. All of the rubbers were run in straight games, although some of the games were closer than the scoreline suggests, particularly for Russ and Neil who came back from being down to 19 in both of their games.This result leaves us top of the league at the halfway point of the season, where we can hopefully stay for the rest of the year.
	04 December 2011	Fusion (Away) The Four's had another excellent result in their second game, with a 5-1 away to Fusion to keep up the 100% start to the season. The team, consisting of Arif, Russel, Neil and Jung, played really well, with just Neil & Jung dropping their game (and leaving Arif and Russel with a perfect record so far this season).  The win should move the team up towards the top of the division, and if the good form can be maintained we should be in with a good shot of getting 1st place at the end of the season.
	18 November 2011	Tolworth vs Ebbisham The Men's fours team had an excellent start to the season away to Ebbisham on Friday night, with the added bonus of playing on purpose built courts rather than in a village hall. Ebbisham were sitting top of the league having won both their previous matches comfortably. It was therefore a great result for Tolworth to win 5-1 away from home, despite a couple of our usual valiant efforts to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Well done to all the guys for a great performance that will hopefully set us up for a real push to finish top of the league this year.
Mixed Team
	23 October 2011	St Andrews (home) Our first victory of the season! Final result was 7-2 against a seasoned team who will no doubt be tougher still, to play in their own church hall. Fran and Nick took all three, which equalled their entire quantity of wins last season, and is allowing us to bask in momentary glory. Ed stood in for an injured Dan, and picked up two with Liz, while Gopi amazed us all by turning up for his first match in over a year. After re-introductions were made, he and Penny also won two, completing a solid win.
	14 October 2011	Tolworth vs Foresters First match of the season for the mixed team was against an always strong Foresters side. Although all our pairs scored wins, we were unable to break down Foresters first pair, despite a 25-23 effort from Ed and Penny, and a 22-20 try from Fran and Nick. As a result the score finished with a 5-4 loss. Better luck (and more practice) next time
